Aqua Classes

 

Aqua Board Strong

You will love this low-impact, core stabilization workout on the aqua board that builds strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance all taking place on water in the adult lap pool. 

 

Aqua Board Yoga

Enjoy a fun-filled challenging workout in the pool on top of an aqua fitness board! With each pose, you will activate your core muscles to maintain balance and posture giving you a total body workout. Savasana is extra juicy as you float along the gentle waves listening to the sounds of nature. This class is sure to give you strength, relaxation and a lot of laughs.

 

Aqua Fit

Splash your way into a non-impact challenging workout utilizing the resistance of the water, aqua weights.

 

Aqua Zumba

Known as the Zumba® “pool party,” Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Join us in the adult Wellness pool for splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering all while burning calories.

Barre

A style of fitness that weaves together elements of dance, Pilates, and yoga into one workout that offers full-body strength training.

 

Body Sculpt

A 45 minute sculpt session where you will utilize a variety of equipment designed to give you a full body workout while building overall strength and endurance.

 

Boxing & Strength

Learn real boxing skills while building real strength. This class teaches the fundamentals of offense, defense, footwork, punching mechanics, and movement all combined with strength-training drills that improve power, coordination, confidence and athletic performance. Taught by a former Golden Gloves Champion with decades of boxing and coaching experience. Designed for beginners.

 

Co-Ed Mobility & Movement

Unleash Your Inner Athlete: Join our dynamic Co-Ed Mobility & Movement class and discover the secret to unlocking your athletic prowess. This action-packed session combines the power of bands and balls to improve stability and mobility, supercharging your performance on the golf course, tennis court, or pickleball arena. Unleash your inner champion and elevate your game to new heights in a fun, energizing atmosphere!

 

Cycle

Ride the hills, power the flats, race for speed with a variety of timed intervals to guarantee a sweat-acular workout! If you are new to cycling, come a few minutes early and we will get your bike set up!

 

Cycle Fusion

The class journey begins in the cycle studio with a 30-minute intense ride followed by 30 minutes of stretching and mobility work in our mindful movement studio. You will feel invigorated and ready to take on your day.

 

Cycle Fusion+

25 minutes of cycling followed by 25 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), utilizing light dumbbells, bands and bodyweight strength moves, sure to get your heart pumping and ready for the day.

 

HIIT & Run

A high-energy class that combines heart-pumping HIIT circuit training with cardio intervals to maximize calorie burn and build total body strength. Alternate between functional strength exercises and cardio intervals to improve endurance, speed, agility, and cardiovascular fitness. This fast-paced workout is designed to challenge all fitness levels, with modifications to help your progress at your own pace.

 

Mat Pilates Fusion

Mat Pilates with a mix of Yoga designed to lengthen and sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements. This class will focus on strengthening and lengthening your muscle groups with a primary focus on your core. Accessible for all levels.

 

Men’s Mobility & Movement

Learn. Sweat. Strike. Transform. A fast paced blend of boxing, kickboxing, strength training, and conditioning. Master punches, kicks, knees, and elbows while building total-body strength, endurance, and confidence.

 

Total Body Conditioning

A challenging total body workout incorporating bodyweight, TRX, agility ladder, balance, mobility, resistance bands, and aerobic intervals make this a fun filled calorie burning hour.

Beginner Yoga

Intermediate Yoga

This class is designed for students who want clear, step-by-step guidance through yoga postures and transitions. With detailed instruction and mindful alignment, you’ll explore ways to access poses that may have once felt out of reach. Through thoughtful breakdowns and practical techniques, you’ll build strength, confidence, and a deeper understanding of your practice. Many postures become more accessible when approached with patience, curiosity, and the right guidance.

 

Power Yoga

This is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students move fluidly from one posture to the next while connecting their breath to their movements. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, and both physical and mental stamina.

 

Restorative Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga

Vin Yin

Vin Yin seamlessly blends the yang elements of an active vinyasa practice with the soothing restorative benefits of Yin yoga. Move through cleansing creative flows to engage and celebrate the body before easing into passive postures to reset the mind.

 

Yoga Sculpt

A powerful moderately paced Vinyasa Flow adding 1- to 5-pound hand weights. This class will challenge your endurance and balance as well as build your core. Class can be practiced without weights, all levels welcome.

Ballroom Basics

This fun and engaging class introduces new dances selected from styles like the FoxTrot, Waltz, Tango, Rumba, Cha-Cha, Swing, Salsa, and Merengue. Perfect for beginners, this class will have you moving gracefully in no time. Sign up with a partner and let the music lead the way!

 

Intro to Ballet

This class is designed to mimic a traditional Vaganova ballet class. Correct terminology and technique will be provided as the students complete a barre warm up, complete exercises out on the floor, and across floor traveling movement. Members will learn technical skills and movement that stimulates movement qualities, strength, resistance, and balance. 

 

Samurai

Join us in this martial arts inspired full-body workout that combines traditional Okinawan Karate hand techniques, powerful stances, Filipino stick drills, nunchuck fundamentals, and functional strength training. Alternate martial arts skill drills with strength-training for an exciting workout that challenges both your body and mind. No experience necessary, all fitness levels welcome.
